Cancellation/Refund Policy and CEU Information

Cancellations/Refunds.

As of January 2016, the following refund policies are in effect for Deep Life produced Trainings, Workshops and Events:

Any cancellation of a registration will result in a minimum administrative charge of $50 for events lasting longer than one day. For events lasting one day or less, a minimum administrative fee of $25 will apply.

*Note: in lieu of a refund, participants who cancel 30 days or more before an event are able to transfer the full registration fee toward another Deep Life event within one calendar year. 

For Events/Workshops/Trainings lasting more than one day, tuition is partially refundable minus the following administrative fees:

  1. Thirty days of longer before the start of the event: $50.
  2. Twenty-nine days to fifteen days before the start of the event: 25% of the cost of the event.
  3. Fourteen days to eight days before the start of the event: 50% of the cost of the event.
  4. Seven days or less before the start of the event: 100% of the cost of the event.

For Events/Workshops/Trainings lasting one day or less, tuition is partially refundable minus the following administrative fees:

  1. Fifteen days or longer before the start of the event: $25.
  2. Fourteen days to eight days before the start of the event: 50% of the cost of the event (or $25, whichever is higher).
  3. Seven days or less before the start of the event: 100% of the cost of the event.

 

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

At the completion of each Enneagram Institute Authorized Workshop, students receive a Certificate of Completion stating the hours of instruction received. These hours can be used toward CEUs with many accrediting boards and organizations. Students are responsible for verifying the usage of these CEUs with the organization/boards and for completion and submission of any necessary documentation in order to obtain the CEUs.
